Following our meeting, our team will collaborate in workshops to combine our collective thinking, generating multiple floor plans, presented to you in face-to-face sessions. Once iterated based on your feedback and refined until complete satisfaction, we progress with the external form whilst providing guidance on this process. Documentation is then produced in-house, and once approved, we transition into the next phase whilst introducing you to reputable builders who can provide construction estimates that align with your budget.

We provide different levels of construction documentation, as detailed in our upfront fee proposal. The extent of information for building and tendering is flexible and can be decided when needed. Our offerings include comprehensive architectural plans, interior design details, and a thorough schedule of fixtures, fittings, and equipment. Once the design and documentation are finalised, you’ll have sufficient details to solicit tenders from builders
